FDA Received Date
Record the date the physical FDA document arrives from the port agent.
This is the gateway field — it starts the KPI clock and unlocks all subsequent workflow fields.
Until it is set, the row is considered "not yet received" and downstream dates are blocked.

FDA Start Date · FDA Status · DIABOS ResubmissionFDA Start Date — when the hub team begins processing the received document. FDA Status — current stage in the finalization process (e.g. In Progress, On Hold, Finalized). DIABOS Resubmission Date — if the document was returned by DIABOS for correction, record when it was resubmitted.

Submitted to Customer Date
Record the date when the finalized FDA is sent to the customer for their review and approval.
This milestone starts the customer approval clock and is required before OSMT can act on it.

OSMT Approval Date
Record when the Operations Support & Management Team (OSMT) formally approves the FDA.
Approval can only occur after the document has been submitted to the customer — OSMT acts on the customer-reviewed version.

OSMT Sent to Eyeshare Date
Record when the approved FDA is forwarded to Eyeshare (the document archive and distribution system).
Sending to Eyeshare is the final archival step — it can only happen after OSMT has signed off.

💡 Tip — editing in the main grid:
You can show editable fields (Admin PIC, FDA Status, dates, etc.) directly in the main grid using the column chooser.
Click any editable cell to edit it. Changes are collected as a batch — click Save in the toolbar to submit all changes at once.
The dependency chain works in real time: setting FDA Received Date immediately unlocks FDA Start Date and other dependent fields,
even before saving.
